| Our return policy & warranty Adagio Classics is dedicated in providing you with the highest quality product. Our product has a 15 days warranty. If an item fails to perform its function, it can be returned for credit or replacement within one year of date of purchase. Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example, missing items in your order) must be submitted to us within 14 days after delivery. Please note that the warranty does not cover breakage, transit damage, mis-handling or usage of the purchaser. We can only refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our error.
