Time it takes to ship
Once we have received your order, it will take us approximately 1 - 2 business days to process and ship the order. Adagio process orders only on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Canadian holidays. Please note that Adagio is not responsible for any delays caused by the shippers.

 Shipping options
For orders to Continental USA and Canada, Adagio offers express shipping and regular air shipment.

Shipping to PO Boxes
Unfortunately, Adagio does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

International shipping cost (outside of Canada and United States)
Orders are determined based on the information you provided. If you want to know the shipping costs prior to placing your order, please email us at info@adagioplus.com. In this email please also state the item number, quantity, city and country you want to ship to.
In international shipping, customers several options to choose from.
  1. Economy Express (approximately 4-7 business days)
  2. Regular air shipment (approximately 7- 10 business days)
  3. Surface shipment (approximately 4 to 6 weeks)
